    Hi,

    On day 12 of a water fast and the acid comes up every time I move. Although I don’t have too many commitments on sometimes I need to do some stuff and then I get terrible acid.
    I know the purists would say “no” but I am tempted to chew a Rennies tablet. What do you think?:)

    Hi, I’m not sure what Rennies are, but if it’s an antacid, I would think it’s not a bad thing. Are you consuming nothing but water? Good luck. Phyllis

    Hi Lukiejdog,

    Rennies are not great for you, if you take a lot see your Doctor there are better things about, one tablet in the morning and you are sorted.

    After being on the 5.2 for about 3 months I stopped taking all my tablets for acid/reflux from the Doctor, I had taken them for about 4 years, I felt great as the weight came off.

    Good luck you may be the same.
