  • I’ve tried this way of fading a few months ago but without the cookbook and not in the right frame of mind. Since then I’ve tried slimming world and gained weight.
    I’m currently writing a dissertation, being mummy to a toddler and have a soft working hubby who works away regularly too.
    What tips have you got for avoiding evening nibbles? And what meals are your faves for keeping you full and satisfied on fasting days please? I need this to work this time 🙂

    I tend to eat porridge apple and cinnimon done in the microwave then one of the receipes from the fd book and the rest of the time use hairy dieters book it’s very good.
