My TDEE is 1800 cals per day. But divided by 4 is 450 cals on fasting days, not 500 (I’m female).
Do I stick to 450 or 500?
And as I am trying to lose weight, should I reduce my 1800 cals? What does everyone else do?

You should aim to stick to 500 calories on fasting days, as this is a common recommendation for intermittent fasting and might make it easier to adhere to the plan. As for your daily calorie intake of 1800, if you’re trying to lose weight, you may want to create a slight deficit. Many people reduce their TDEE by 10-20% for weight loss. However, it’s essential to listen to your body and ensure you’re getting enough nutrients. For health supplements visit https://thenaturemeds.com.
