I am unable to keep the momentum going having lost @20 kg and the last bit is proving very difficult, any ideas as I can’t keep the fast without cheating and seem to over snack on non fast days.

I have a similar problem, the first 14kg came off quite quickly, I took a break over Easter and have put a bit back on but progress really slowed about a month or so back. Are you exercising as well? I have been so think it may be done to muscle mass increase, worth checking your other measurements and if poss your body fat. Still trying to shift the last 8kg!
so Thomas what will you do–go back to old eating habits and pack back on the pounds or carry on with the healthier life style?
I had the same dilemma ,lost 10kgs and have been stuck without losing the last 3kgs (so proportionately the same as you) Decided to relax, keep an eye on my measurements and how my clothes fitted, and also on all the sneaky calories on non fast days. Have lost a little more in past few months but thinking heh way better than gaining it back.
Let’s keep up our mojo and heh bet you are looking and feeling so much better for those kgs you have dropped already.
