Fast Dieting For Three Months

    It works! I have lost 15 pounds and it has not been hard to do. It must be those fast days that keep my body burning calories. Plus I exercise every day too which I did before but never lost the weight. Getting to within my desired weight so I could drop to fasting one day a week. Lost inches too which is really great. Can’t stop now. So glad I caught the documentary and bought the book. Can’t find the book now. I think friends have borrowed it. Cheers from Canada.

    Yes I’ve been doing 5:2 for 3 months too. I’ve lost 9.2kg but best of all my cholesterol has dropped 5.9 to 4. I feel great. I’m in it for life too. Greetings from Australia
