Just bought my first pair of size 10 jeans in 32 years – I love this diet!!
The last time I ever tried a diet was when Rosemary Conley first came out with the hip and thigh diet. Low fat food for ever and a day just didn’t appeal so I soon stopped that. Then I wasted money trying various diet pills, some resulted in a bit of weight loss but it crept back on again. I had convinced myself that at 50 there was no way I was going to get rid of the muffin top now – until the 5:2 came along.
I’m into month 4 now, just over a stone down and at a weight I’m happy with, hense the new jeans. I still find fast days tough, but with a bit of willpower I get through it with the promise of a glass of vino and some chocolate the day after.
