San Francisco 60 plus year old in generally excellent health preparing for my retirement to tropical 🌴 climes next year. High triglyceride & with a BMI over 31 need to pare off 20 kilos. I stumbled across this forum & love the tracking & forum features. Nice to know there are others out there.
