  • wow! end of week 5, and I have lost a total of 15 lbs. I looked in the mirror before getting in the shower and I can totally see a difference. Also, I am wearing a top someone gave me for Christmas a year ago, which I have never been able to wear as it was too small. It now fits perfectly. My pants on the other hand are much too big. My body just feels better too – I can move and sit without feeling like a big bulky belly is in the way.

    All this change, and I haven’t felt deprived at all along the way. 5:2 is awesome.

    Sounds wonderful! I’m only in week 2, but truly believe this is the right path 🙂

    What a huge boost that must be, you go girl!! You are doing fab!! 🙂

    That is awesome. I feel deprived on this plan as I can’t eat much on the non fast days to lose the weight.

    Of course, my definition of feeling deprived is I do not allow myself to eat whatever I want which is an ungodly amount of food.
