I started the 5+2 plan in June 2013. Today I have lost 15 kilo’s and am loving this eating plan. How does it work for me. I can not manage going from breakfast to dinner with no food in between. So breakfast is oats and bran with milk and black coffee. Lunch is a soup based on V8 juice, water and loads of veggies. It comes in around 40 calories a cupfull. Search the low kilojoule receipes. You can eat meals like stir fried duck breast, no skin, and asian greens in oyster sauce. I plan to lose another 30 kilo’s which will put me at 80kg. I have never enjoyed being a gym junkie and love my food. This lifestyle lets me eat my cake and lose weight too.
