So, after struggling with my weight since I was a kid, I have finally found something that works.
I started the diet after seeing Micheal on TV one weekend about 2 months ago. After hearing him speak, I got the book and read it cover to cover then started the diet the next day.
I do Mondays and Thursdays like most people. Sometimes I mix it up depending on my social life that week.
I eat whatever I want of my feast days and never give calories a though. Most weeks I’ll probably have 1 day where I feel i’ve eaten way too much and always convince myself I won’t be loosing any more wight that week, but Im always down at least 1lb!
I love this diet, It barely feels like a diet and I’m never hungry!
I didn’t have much to lose and I’ve already exceeded what I thought I would drop, I’ve lost 11lbs in just under 2 months.
