4th week progress

  • I have now been doing 5:2 for 4 weeks and have lost a total of 7lbs – half a stone yippee! I was slightly worried as am travelling a lot for work and flying and hotels are not always that helpful to this WOE. Still have managed to move the days around enough to always be able to fit in 2 days.

    Anyway just wanted to say for any of those not losing any weight, I didn’t lose any for the first week and then it started to drop off so stick with it!

    Onwards to the next 4 weeks!
