How do the rest of you ladies handle pmt with fds? Cravings? And just generally more hungry?

We are “designed” to eat more calories round this time, basically its to do with potential pregnancy. I don’t handle dieting very well in general, but I do know that for me its easy to go over the edge at this time more than any other. If there is any time of the month when you should have a bit extra I think this is the time, maybe this could help us not go mad later on in the day!
