Actually, have tried many things to lose weight. but 10 hours work in the company leading me towards heavy weight.

Find Fast meals which can be prepped in advance, so that even if you rise early or return late, you can stick to the plan.
Good decision to lose weight; now is a good time to start.
You can make this diet work for you: does taking food [breakfast] with you to eat on the way work for you? or having the ‘evening’ meal at your desk at 4 pm?
