  • Last year I lost 7 stone just by cutting down and uping my exercise but my weight loss has now come to a halt.

    I am on my third fasting day and I am surprised how easy I find sticking to 500 calories

    The only thing I’m having trouble with is drinking enough water (something I always struggle with)

    In my first week I have already lost 2lbs so I’m wanting to stick to this
    Any tips would be great 🙂

    Hi Jen_Jen,

    I find that drinking weak herbal tea throughout the day helps me get the water I need.
    I had a body scan about 3 months ago and they said my water levels were perfect so I guess it works.
    My Chinese doctor said “Unfermented tea in the morning, fermented (black) tea in the afternoon”.
    I have two pots in the morning and one pot in the afternoon. If I’m really good I let myself have a Diet Coke on my walk home.
    Oolong, Green or White tea in the morning, Chinese black tea in the afternoon (or Twinings English Breakfast if that’s all I have).
