I was thinking of having a Slimfast milkshake morning and evening and drinking lots of water through the day. What have you found works best for you??

You can eat whenever you want on your diet days, and anything you want, too, as long as you stay under the 500 cal. limit. However, many find that eating one evening meal high in fat and protein works best. You will find you really won’t be that hungry throughout the day, and the evening meal may help you sleep better. Many find that if they eat early in the day, and especially if that meal includes a lot of carbs, they become very hungry and stay hungry, making the diet day very rough.
