Hello, my name is Natalie. I am going to 33 on the 20th. I have 3 children, 2 girls ages 7 and 8, and a little boy 2 years old. I am a stay at home wife and mommy.
My highest weight was 177, I currently am about 130. My goal is to be 110-115 by July 1st.
Back in November of 2015 I was 158, and started my final weight loss journey. I’ve basically been intermittent fasting off and on. Doing a 19:5, 6:1 combo.
But now I have a new plan…
1. 5:2
2. Breakfast optional if Im hungry, but I will eat lunch and dinner, no snacks
3. No refined carbs, healthy whole foods
4. Friday weigh in
5. Friday treat meal with dessert
6. Monday and Thursday fast days
