hi guys.
I’m new, but decided to have a go at this! let me give you a bit of background. I have always been a very fit person, running a couple of times a week. got down to about 82kgs when I was at my fittest. then this year we lost our beloved mother suddenly. for 3 months there was a lot of food/alcohol consumed. I got to 100kgs, the heaviest I have been my whole life. after I weighed myself I thought something has got to give and so I decided to start the 5:2.
here are my figures now.
3/10/16 – starting weight 100.3kg
8/10/16 – day after my 2nd fast 96.2kg (Chest 40in), (Belly 42in)
I think for me Monday & Thursdays will be my fasting days, then i’ll weigh in, measure up on the Friday. My goal is 80kgs.
