Im a mother of a 15 months princes and Im looking to get to my prepregnancy weight.
I need to drop 40 pounds, my goal is to drop 1 pound per week.
Any one eating Paleo / clean and fating 2 days a week??

Hi Alexa,
A number of us tend to eat Paleo, though not formally. I’ve kind of dropped into that type of eating since starting 5:2. If you are keen to drop weight, I’d suggest you join in on the October Challenge thread. I participated in the September Challenge which took my 5:2 to another level. It’s a very supportive group.
