Hi decided no time like the present!, my name is Susie I am 57 years of age and weight 11 stones 10 lb and am 5ft 2 ins. This is my first fast day and have drunk water and green tea so far and have 2 chopped up carrots for lunch deliberately chewing them slowly so they last longer lol! I am having a salad for tea without lettuce as I forgot to get some typical!! And apple or orange for deserts and hopefully will come within 500 calories, have taken my BMI which is 30.0 ewrgh!! . BMR is 5364/1282 calories and TDEE is 7367 kj / 1763 calories, just got to figure out what this means!! Any help appreciated. I went for a walk this morning for an hour (starting well) and hopefully will do a few lengths at the pool later. Look forward to meeting everyone and styling on the straight and narrow!!
