I`m doing alternate day fasting since April (check out http://www.10in2.at/index.php?lang=en for details) and so far I’m doing well. Since I’m still well above upper BMI level I’m eager to drop the last remaining 8 kgs. But the times of big losses are over-last two months just 1 kilo in 4 weeks.
Since the beginning I’m monitoring my progress on a Omron BF 511 bodyfat scale which is fairly good.
But now it’s time for a change since it doesn’t show body water which is changing heavily…and I add some more body muscles since I’m exercising quite a bit (3x 45 min crosstrainer a week plus 2 times muscletraining).
My favourite right now is the Tanita BC 545n. Now, has anybody advice or even product recommendations on this issue? Maybe experiences whith this scale? Any input is welcomed!
