  • Well I did it, I completed my first week and the scales say its been successful!
Im am down 2.5lbs and more importantly 1% down on body fat.
    Heres how my week looked:-
    Tues: Reduced cal day. 419cals
    Wed: TDEE day. 1546cals
    Thur: TDEE day. 1380 cals
Fri: Fast day of 36hrs with water, herb teas and black coffee only.
    Sat: TDEE day. 1639cals
    Sun: TDEE day. 1389cals
    Mon: TDEE day. 1288 cals

My current daily TDEE is 1569 so over the 7 days I managed a deficit of 3322cals and Ive largely avoided sugary stuff and reduced the carb intake.
Im going to recalculate my TDEE so its based on my goal weight and adjust the activity level ever so slightly now that Im out and about doing more.
Otherwise I will continue in the same way. Probably will just do 1 complete fast day and 1 reduced calorie day of 400 cals (in 1 meal) and a couple of 16:8 days by skipping lunch just to add in a couple more longer fasting periods.

I am currently feeling motivated and energised 🙂

Im going camping on Thursday with a large group of people til Monday so will need to be mindful of calorie intake given the potential alcohol availability! I will fast on Thursday and Monday and do some skip lunch days to allow me the cals in the evening.

If I weigh in at the end of week 2, next Tuesday morning with no weight gain I’ll be happy. Anything more than that will be a bonus!!

    Onwards 🙂

Well done. I’ve just completed week two. First week I lost 3lb and second I lost 2lb. I’ve not really counted calories on the other days, just been mindful making sure I don’t eat loads of rubbish. I’ve eaten out twice this weekend and still lost. I’m sure you’ll still lose.
