My wife and I are doing the fast diet. I did not really need to do it at 78kg and 1.80 was in right BMI bracket (just), but my wife wants to shift the pregnancy fat.
I have lost easily 7kg in 3 months, whereas as my wife barely lost over 1kg. She eats the same as me on fast days and on normal days she tends to have smaller portions then me, she barely drinks any alcohol or fruit juices, etc. We eat reasonable healty with loads of vegs, fruit, fish, etc. We are doing the right thing; no binging.
She has an abnormal slow heart rest (probably something seen in top sporters) and she had high cholesterol both good and bad (which seems to run in the family).. Does anybody know what else we can do to make my wife lose ~10kg.
