Starting again

    I’m starting 5:2 again.

    I had some success in October last year, but found I wasn’t putting my all in to it.

    I have absolute determination this time. And I’m even going to improve the amount of exercise I get, which isn’t easy with fibromyalgia.

    So, here goes!

    Hi Katie, Welcome here and all power to you this time!
    There are many of us here managing 5:2 along with chronic illness. I have ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I know the pain with FMS is cruel, but isn’t it true that nearly everything is easier with the excess weight gone.
