Unexpected Sleep Benefit

  • I’m in the middle of my second week of doing ADF (Alternate Day Fasting) and I’m sleeping better than I have in years. I’m able to fall asleep faster and stay sleep for 6-8 hours. My wife has also said that my snoring is almost non-existent now. That wasn’t one of the benefits that I expected, but I do know that good sleep is important for overall health.

    I am the opposite – on fast days i am so full of energy I find it hard to sleep – has anyone else had this problem? – its not because I am hungry – just a bit hyper
