weekly weigh in

    well I’m impressed, after starting this 5:2 diet on Monday I thought I’d weigh myself this morning. Monday morning weight was 18st 5 and 1/2, this mornings weight was 17st 10 and 3/4. I was on a low fat diet before this 1 and lost 15lb the first week then only 3lb then next 5 weeks in total. when I started dieting I was 19st 9 and 3/4. let’s hope for the same amount next week, I know my weight loss will slow down but on my way to my goal of 15st by October.
