    Hi carol and Jade, I’m Jackie 56 yrs old wanting to lose 25 pounds. Day 3 surprised I’m not feeling ravenously hungry, finding weigh watchers chocolate drink (40 calories) is helping when hunger starts. Do believe support from others is invaluable in keeping motivation and commitment going.

    Hey m new too here .. I wana lose my baby bump weight . Before pregnancy I was 52kg but as baby grow or tym pass I m getting bigger .. My metabolism is so slow or begin with baby alone with my hubby we having lots of take away . Now my baby is 7 months old so I wana regain myself . I hope I will mange with all of you guys . I wana tell her I feel so emotional weak in this year and with lots of weight gain my confidence lose somewhere I have no social life now . I feel scared to go out .. I feel so isolated . I need help Coz em’ getting into depression . Due to all these surfer I usually eat in emotions. Let’s hope for well xo

    Thanks Jade .. I m starting today & I really feel less hungry with drinking loads of water .. I weigh myself today & I freak myself OMG! I m 103kg now … It’s ridiculous how I suppose to lose this much weight . 😔

    Thank you for the link 1st. Day Monday I have started cardiovascular exercise x 5 weekly since beginning of Feb but weight loss disappointing obviously diet all wrong 😔
