  • Three pounds off very pleased with that. Hoping for the same next week as I have a pair of trousers to fit in to for my stepson’s 18th.

    Next weeks plan includes gym and restart spin classes – 2 booked – eek!!

    Hi,
    just reading up and getting ready for my first fast on Monday 8th!
    really hoping that it works out 3 pounds is a great start.

    I just need to get my head around fat free products that I start to use on Monday as is ok to use as they contain lots of sugar!

    About the worst food you can eat on a diet day is high sugar, low fat. You will be hungry all day and feel miserable.

    Many people find that one evening meal high in fat and protein works the best.
