  • Hi all, well after my friend who didn’t need to lose weight in my opinions lost 8lb on the 5:2 thought I would try it again for myself but this time count my cals on my days off too ( to my TDEE ) and surprisingly one has to be vary careful as there is a lot of hidden calories when you eat “normally” on non fast days, which is why I think I didn’t loose weight on it last time as what I would class as normal I was probably to over indulgent! anyway here goes started Monday and will let you know how I get on next week!!

    Hi puddypuds, good luck! I find myself automatically watching what I eat on my normal eating days. I don’t really count calories, but I think this way of living is sneaky, makes you aware of every thing you put in your mouth, LOL. please keep us posted on how things are going.
