Hey.. Finally after 4 weeks, scale moving in the right direction. The first 3 weeks with 6 fast days no weight loss. Reading posts from this site, I knew to stick with it regardless. I did move the fasting times a bit longer. I now start my fast day on Sunday and Wednesday night after evening meal, and keep going until Monday and Thursday evening meal. I wonder if that made the difference or just the time for body to get used to the idea. Or could have been the increased amount of Green tea I drink to get through the fast days. Much added benefit is the control over eating on fast and non fast days. I still call my fast day a CONTROL day. Past four weeks I’ve begun to learn to say no to some snacks, knowing I can have one tomorrow. Still working on the evening need to snack. doing much much better. YEAH 5:2 and this site for advice, encouragement and motivation.
