Fluid intake

  • I have started to get constipation and headaches even though I drink at least a litre of water and coffee/tea. How much is enough h2o do electrolytes help?

    Hi ingies, my guess is you need to at least double your liquid intake on fasting days. Electrolytes are helpfull if you do sports and sweat out lots of salt and minerals, for regular fasting water and teas (some coffee) are best, maybe you could also add a cup of broth to increase your liquid intake?
