    A friend of mine has had great success with 5:2 so I thought I’d give it a go as I have about 8kg I’d like to lose. I have found the fast days surprisingly easy. I try to have nothing during the day until dinner, which I have with my family planned to allow a 500 cal serve for me.

    I haven’t weighed myself yet, but I’m hopeful that this lifestyle choice works for me as its, so far, the easiest diet I’ve tried with little thinking required.

    Fingers crossed I get the results I’m after.
