    Hi Anyamyers, welcome. I am new too on day 4 and already feeling better. I am 64, stopped smoking Dec 2014 and the scales jumped up 10Kg. Terrible I hate to be overweight and I tried banting but that is for Rich people in this country, so it did not work. When I saw this diet on Internet I immediately decided to do this. I walk 2 km per day if not raining and do housework. Drink 1-2 liters water a day and stay as far under the amount of calories I am allowed as possible. That’s me. I would like to hear from you.
