Out of curiosity I just wondered how many people are doing a Fast Day today and how they are doing it?
I am using my 500 calories to have 3 small meals between 8am and 8pm.

I fast Monday and Tuesday. I only eat at dinner, have calculated what is 600 calories and eat the exact same thing each week. Mondays I have 1 slice of Costco ham, mustard and 3 tomato slices on (home made) rye bread, 1/2 can of Bush’s baked beans, a dill pickle and 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water.
On Tuesday I have 1 slice of American cheese on (home made) pumpernickel bread with a little Kraft fat free mayo spread on the cheese and 3 slices of tomato, the other half of the beans and a glass of skim milk.
It might sound boring but I look forward to it every week!
