Hi Fellow Fasters,
Well yesterday I started with my 1st day of fasting.
I must say I wasn’t totally prepared (food supply wise) but I managed to get by for the first day. I was,as expected very hungry but managed pretty good for a start. I did notice I got a bit light headed at certain times towards the end of the day.
Today I woke not feeling hungry at all, which really surprised me !
I have eaten sensibly but well so far today and I’m really hoping this will be the diet that finally makes the difference for me.
A little bit about myself, I am in my early 50’s, married with 2 grown up sons and living in Australia.
The reason I have started this diet is that I suffer from chronic pain & see a pain management specialist. I was speaking to him about my situation & how since my trouble started that the weight has been creeping up. I have tried dieting many times over but I just can’t seem to budge anything. I’m limited to what exercise I can do,all I can manage is a walk at moderate speed. My specialist recommended that I give this diet a try & he feels it is the only diet that is sustainable over a long period of time.
So here I go….. wish me luck 🙂 🙂
I hope we can all be of support and help to each other along the way.
Thanks for reading 🙂
