morning work

  • recently i wake up early and walk one hour every morning in my garden .feel very good . i strongly want to loss weight . and i lost a lot before but it is so hard to maintain …. so i think the healthy life style and eat healthy food is more important . i got a cut alarm clock and got up early since a month ago . i feel so good ! actually didn’t lost much more weight but i feel full of vitality .my skin is becoming better and better . i am very happy !!

    ok , enjoy the fresh air in the morning . come on ! if you think it is hard to get up early ,then get a alarm clock which is loud enough to wake you up . like mine ,i got one from amazon that is so great ! search “Carelove” you will see !
