Hi fellow 5\2 ers!
I am a coach based in the UK who is writing a book about the mind-set around losing weight and keeping it off. I have also created an app called Yes, I Can Do It that helps change negative beliefs about weight loss by creating bespoke affirmation audios from over 400 pre-recorded affirmations.
After breast cancer in 2012 I have lost over 110lbs with 5\2 and completely changed my lifestyle from an obese workaholic, who was always stressed and totally unfit to someone who is pretty much a vegan nowadays, meditates every day and goes to the gym 4 times a week!
