I used the TDEE tool on this site and calculated my current TDEE, then read a post about someone calculating the TDEE for their target weight and using that instead. Fortunately I came across that earlier in the week, so redid all my meals for the week based on that–completely forgetting to get the calories for all the supplements I take. Two didn’t give caloric information, but of the rest, I just added them all up and figured out that my counts have been high all week because just my supplements alone account for a whopping 52 calories! Yikes! At least I was able to salvage today (since I haven’t had dinner yet), and redo all the rest of my meal plans to compensate, but yikes! Has this happened to anyone else?
