Hi all. I have been on different diets since I was a teenager & I have just got bigger with every single one.
I have just had my second baby & after developing gestational diabetes, struggling to find plus size maternity clothes & having a really tough time, something needed to change.
I was worried about starting a “normal”, reduced calorie diet in case it stopped me being able to feed my baby, but as this is just 2 days in 7, I don’t appear to be having problems with making milk so far.
I have rediscovered my love of soup. it’s fast, easy, tasty and filling and really low in calories, even the really chunky beef and veg ones or lentil don’t push me over my limit.
I know its really early days but I really hope that this works for me so I can be one of the people posting a wonderful success story in 6 months time.
