I am new to this diet, but am confused by my TDEE. It says I should be eating 1763 calories per day on non-fasting days, but honestly I would probably only eat that once a week. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Hi Sally and welcome:
You should try to eat to your TDEE – or less – on your non diet days. 5:2 does not require you to eat to your TDEE on non diet days.
You must understand that the TDEE provided by TDEE calculators are estimates. They are usually too high. So you start with that number and then try to figure out what it really is.
