Hi this is my first day starting on the 5:2 diet kinda excited just returning to work tonight from 3 weeks holidays so thought id start afresh and today is my first fast day have decided that my fast days will be tuesday and thursday usually i don’t work those days so thought they may be a little bit kinder on my body that way but for the next 2 weeks will be working on those days so i’ll see how i’ll go . So far so good for breakast had a cup of tea with just a splash of low fat milk no sugar ,1 large glass of water and lunch im having 2x150g bags of birdseye steamed cauli and broccolli and carrots love my vegies ,then dinner i think will consist of kaleslaw,lettuce and a small tin of tuna in brine and 1 boiled egg and plenty of water,so far i hope im on the right track will check in in the morning to say how im feeling .
