Hello, I started today and really had no problem with sticking to 500 calories. My most difficult part will be to keep my other days in order. Although I feel I eat healthily I do overeat. Need encouragement.

Well done for making a start Mary. Glad you didn’t find it too difficult to stick to the 500 cals.
I tend to calorie count on NFD at the moment. I hope to not have to do that forever, but it was a shock to me how many calories I was eating before. The little things add up, and I don’t want to over eat on my NFDs.
