Hi guys

I’m new today. Need to get my weight down, as it has piled on over the last three years, due to working full time, and getting no time to exercise.

I could do with a buddy to keep me motivated. Hoping to get at least 1 stone off before I visit my parents in August.

Anyone got any good tips?
