Hello, I did one day last week but didn’t manage a 2nd one (impossible timing ), this week will be better ..2 or 3 meals? that is the question..does it matter too much ? I’m 163cm and 75kg..need to lose 10kg

Hi thebashfulredhead, actualy do what suits you and do not beat yourself up if you miss a day. As for how you eat your cals many posters do it their way, some have one meal, others two, some graze and some do a true fast and only drink water. There is a belief among some that to get the maximum benefit from the fast then a 36 hr window is the most beneficial while others do a 24 hr. I do a 36 hr fast, breakfast (porridge and fruit) then dinner around 6.30pm which is an M&S Ready Meal. I then eat normally from around 8.00am the following day.
There is a lovely quote from a recent post on the site by lozlex, “Never Hurry, Never Stop”. That is a mantra I will use from now on.
