    Is there a search function in the forums? I have a question which may already have been asked, but cannot find a way to search.
    I’m new here, so may have missed a trick!

    Can someone guide me to how I search? I can’t find the search tab anywhere.

    There isn’t a search function on this site anymore.

    To search, open a new screen in your internet browser. Type in the key word(s) you are searching for and then type a space and type:
    site:https://thefastdiet.co.uk/

    This will search for your keywords only on the FastDiet website. You can use this technique for any site that doesn’t have a good search function.
