Scrambled egg

  • Hi guys.

    I will start my diet tomorrow. I would like to have Something like scrambled egg for breakfast and then I have more calories for food in the evenings. I also can’t give up a coffee in the day with milk. Any good recipes for scrambled egg?

    Hi Sarah,

    I don’t know if this is what others would think is a good recipe but when I have scrambled egg (as I do every other Sunday) I have two eggs, a splash of milk, pinch of salt and pepper on whole grain toast (unbuttered for a Fast Day). I cook it on a very low heat for at least 8 minutes stirring almost constantly until it has turned. Have the heat too high at any stage and I find the result is a bit rubbery.

    I have two poached eggs on unbuttered toast as one of my regular Fast Day evening meals so the only calorie difference between the two would be the splash of milk.
