So I have had 7 months without writing my blog – it is now back and I plan for it to stay!!! Why have I been away, whats been happening, Have I ballooned, Have I stuck to the diet at all…. find it all out here…

In part – just not to the extent I was – 4:3 week in week out to the odd fast day here and there.
