Recording Fast Exercise HIT session with myfitnesspal?

  • I’ve started using the Fast Exercise App, and have tried the bicycling routine (which I actually do on an elliptical machine, as that’s what I’ve got) and just did the strength rotation for the first time. For the elliptical, I’ve just entered it in myfitnesspal as a timed workout, but how to add the strength routine? I searched for HIT, HIIT, FAST, under strength exercises, but can’t find any results. Not too excited about entering all 8 exercises separately, especially since I only did them for 10 seconds each this first time! Any suggestions?

    I add mines as ‘Aerobics, high impact’ xx

    I enter mine under cardio and give it my own custom name like “Lower body” or “Upper body” and then assign the minutes and a guestimate as to how many calories it burns.
