Post fasting day loss of balance

  • Hello All

    I’m new to the diet and yesterday I completed my second ( non consecutive) fast day. This morning I have woken up feeling as if I can’t balance properly and tend to be veering off a bit to the right… I ate breakfast over an hour ago and still feel slightly off balance although better than when I first work up ( this has never happened to me before). Has anybody else experienced this at all? Is it something I should be concerned about?

    I had just the same thing today. I thougt it was not from sleeping well, atleast I did not drink enough.
