I’m just wondering if anyone has reached a plateau on 5:2 and what you did to start losing again.

Hey Sass, a lot of people have hit plateaus on 5:2. Have you had a look on the forum? There are even complete topics dedicated to the subject!!
In short however, here are a few things:
– Recalculate your TDEE and start a food diary for a few weeks to see whether you stay within your allowance
– Do 4:3 for a few days
– Incorporate exercise on fast days
Don’t forget that a plateau is very normal however, and it doesn’t mean your body isn’t changing anymore. Did you measure yourself before you started? Someone on here didn’t lose weight for months (yes, months) but still managed to lose 7 inches, so that’s something you might want to try!
