Picking up 5:2 again….finally!

  • Hi everyone,

    I did 5:2 and drastically reduced sugar (to improve migraines) back in 2013/4. I felt great. Then I got pregnant, had my daughter in 2015 and she’s just stopped breastfeeding so I’m back in the game 🙂 I’m not managing to reduce sugar but fasting is going okay so I’ve joined here for the company and the motivation along with the tips
